Shipping and Tracking

At Neofit, we offer two shipping options on our products:

  1. Express USPS+ (U.S. only): The typical delivery time is 2 to 10 business days after the order is processed and shipped.
  2. Free worldwide shipping: (Only available for to some of our products) The typical delivery time is 15 to 20 business days after the order is processed and shipped. When selecting this option, your order will be shipped from our warehouse in China via air mail using our special line.

Please note the typical delivery time frame does not include processing time and that shipping may be slightly delayed on U.S. holidays and weekends.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed will typically ship within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will typically ship the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s). Some orders containing multiple items will ship in multiple packages, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package.

You can also quickly access tracking information on the following third-party tracking page by providing tracking number that you received in an email that we send you

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Neofit does not currently offer expedited shipping options.

While we aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that we cannot accommodate requests for expedited shipping at this time, especially during the holiday season.

What carriers do you use?

Within the U.S. we ship via USPS.

For orders shipping to Canada, we ship via USPS, with final delivery handled by Canada Post.

For other international orders, we ship the orders from our warehouse that is located either in China (for EU and non-EU customers) via Yun Express.

If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery with a specific carrier, and that we do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

What countries do you ship to?

Our warehouses are located in USA, UK and also in China which we use to provide world-wide shipping.

We provide world-wide shipping from our warehouse in China using special line air mail, but the delivery time to other countries may be slower.

Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. vary depending on the destination.

Canada (USPS+): $10.00 Flat Rate

We also charge $6.89 for USPS+ express shipping within USA.

Please note that customs/duties fees are not included in the price of shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Average transit time for Canada via “USPS+ Express” shipping method is 10 days.

Please note that these average transit times are given as estimates only, and actual transit time may be considerably longer in some cases. Neofit does not make any delivery guarantees for orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S.

Will I have to pay customs on an international order?

International orders shipped outside the U.S. (for the “USPS+ Express” shipping method) may be subject to duties, import taxes, and certain country fees imposed by your country of residence. This usually happens for wholesale purchases. Neofit has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

You are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence and if you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping charge.

You will generally have to pay taxes and duties in your country of residence directly to your local postal service to release your package. This additional amount is not reflected in our (USD) pricing and we have no control over it.

By placing an order on Neofit, you acknowledge that you are aware of the above and accept it as your financial responsibility.

Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my package. What should I do?

Trying to find your package? We’re sorry — this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it’s been physically dropped off.

Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mail room to make sure it’s not hiding. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, concierges, and coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.

If your package still hasn’t turned up 3 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us for further guidance.
